  Don't waste time with this agent. They advertise properties for rent that they have already leased. They are happy to take all your documents and then you never hear from them again. Total scam of a place.

  After 4 months of looking to buy a house and being scammed and manipulated by other realtors in Sydney (if you've been in the market recently you know what I mean) I was totally disappointed till I met Ali.
  I can't explain how professional this team are! But I can say that a month after meeting Ali and working with this team, I'm living in my own lovely house without experiencing any stress or drama through the settlement process!
  This people are genuinely kind and helpful and the service they provide is amazing.
  I highly recommend Ali and his team to everyone who is looking to buy, rent or sell a property.

  Ali and his team at Southlands were absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout the process. We initially considered going with a different agent but Ali had the best strategy; both in terms of timing and how to make improvements to the presentation, and when we saw the photos and video we were blown away. No other agent could have helped make our property present in the way it did and we would not have achieved the same result had we not worked with Ali. Ali has extensive local market knowledge and all of his recommendations were spot on. He and his team were so kind and responsive and helped to eliminate the stress of the sale process. We had an amazing response from his campaign and received multiple offers from the first open home which Ali expertly negotiated. We highly recommend Ali and Southlands.
